Is this your first session?
First sessions typically include a discussion of your health and exercise history, as well as your objectives and motivations for beginning a movement program. This is followed by a standing postural and dynamic movement assessment.
Upon completion of your first session, we will work together to design an individual program that meets your specific goals and needs.Your program may include private sessions, semi-private (duet) sessions, group reformer classes, or a combination of these. Home exercises are given and a regular home practice is encouraged. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement and breath. Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
